BSN Cellmass is a cell volumizing and workout recovery product, that is essentially composed of creatine, carbs, electrolytes, and glutamine. The product contains a proprietary blend of four different types of creatine which BSN claims to increase creatine transport, uptake and effectiveness, leading to accelerated muscle recovery and hydrogen ion buffering.
One of the notable creatine "analogs" that Cellmass contains is the puzzlingly named CarnoSyn®. This ingredient is really nothing more than a blend of standard Creatine Ethyl Ester and Beta Alanine.
For muscle cell recovery, Cellmass contains 2grams of glutamine per serving.
Finally, to increase creatine absorption Cellmass uses Maltodextrin and electrolytes to spike insulin levels in the body. BSN describes the benefits of these ingredients to be and increased rate of resorting ATP levels after a hard workout.
