Based on independent user testimonials, MuscleTech naNO succeeds in delivering a pre workout boost to its users.
Most customers have reported greatly increased focus in the gym when taking the naNO prior to working out. Once in the gym, lifters reported better than usual pumps and an ability to push themselves much harder than usual.
Opinions on taste were mixed. While subjective, fruit punch came out as having the most consistent positive reviews.
Users reported that the product sometimes causes nausea and diarrhea at first. It's impossible to tell if the cause is due to of the potency or a reaction to one of the large number of ingredients in the product.
Overall we are a little wary of anything that contains 50+ ingredients because most of them are generally included only for marketing purposes. Despite that, naNO does ultimately deliver on its basic claims. Almost everyone experienced a significant intensity boost in the gym while taking the product.

Start off by mixing 1 scoop (1 serving) with 3 to 4 oz. of cold water and downing it about 15 minutes before working out. Over time you can gradually increase the dosage to 2 to 3 scoops (2 to 3 servings) mixed in 8 to 12 oz. of cold water before working out. |
