The significant ingredients that stand out are branched chain amino acids (BCAA), creatine, citrulline malate, beta alanine, caffeine, and methyl-PEA.
The product is designed to be taken before working out and VPX claims that it will increase drive and focus in the gym, and also cause greatly increased pumps.

Based on independent user testimonials, the vast majority of users have found that VPX NO Shotgun lives up to the manufactures claims. Almost everyone noticed increases in muscle pumps and reps soon after starting to take the product.
An added benefit is that it contains 20g of protein and BCAA's per serving. Research has shown that consuming protein pre work has the effect of reducing catobolism.
Most users did not like the taste. This seems to be a common trend with NO products however and is not isolated to NO Shotgun.
The product does not list the individual amounts of all the ingredients, which is unfortunate. However most of the ingredients listed, have been proven effective already, and the user testimonials speak for themselves.
